"I, the undersigned citizen of the United States, request a Congressional inquiry into the Department of Education's "SAFE SCHOOLS" and "ANTI-BULLYING" programs. The inquiry should investigate the scope, missions and transparency of these programs, which are reportedly delivering messages to our public schools promoting or favoring homosexual or gay lifestyles and even explicit instructions as to the performance of homosexual or gay sex acts. I also ask Congress to inquire into the present leadership of Undersecretary Kevin Jennings, director of the Department of Education's Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools (OSDFS), also known as the Obama administration's "safe schools czar." Congress must investigate Mr. Jennings' leadership of the OSDFS, in light of his long history of activities in favor of creating and encouraging pro-gay curricula for public school children, and determine whether Mr. Jennings' leadership is consistent with Department of Education policy and the will of the American people."
